Probably one of my favorite action series of all time about a fight to the death to win the Holy Grail. You should go watch it. To give you a taste of what the action's like, here's one of my favorite fight scenes in the first bit of the show.

It took me a while - 1 year and 4 months I see - but I finally watched Fate\Stay Night [Unlimited Blade Works] on Crunchyroll as my introduction to the Fate universe because it was there and I still remembered you posting this over a year later. I liked it. Since I’m a creepy old man, I now have the hots for Saber. I’ll get around to Fate\Zero and Fate\Stay Night - looks like Hulu for one of them.

I noticed they do her armor correctly. No separate armor cups for each boob to guide a sword directly to your sternum. That’s a big deal to the women on Kotaku .

That’s too weird! I did all the episodes last night, this morning, and afternoon. The art was great. Didn’t disagree with some of the reviewer’s complaints on the anime forums - sparse character development, too much talking at times, want to slap Shirou a lot (like Shinji from Eva). I liked it overall. Final battle was good but my mind was starting to go a little by that point from the binge watch. I assume Shirou is going to learn and change before coming back as a less mentally broken Archer with a more idealist mind view which will change the history (they skipped the usual side effects of time travel).
